Honey Mani is a dedicated Team Manager at EMA Catering Limited, responsible for ensuring compliance and education in Health & Safety. With IOSH and other certifications, Honey oversees all operations on the field, managing teams of up to 40 staff, including temporary staff.
She excels in recruiting and training, having successfully managed the 48-strong team for Winter Wonderland and other events.
